Step 2: Fill out the return form. Clearly specify the items you wish to return and indicate whether you prefer a refund or exchange. Ensure that the returned items are in unworn, unwashed condition, with tags attached, and suitable for resale.

Step 3: Select a carrier of your choice and send your package back to us within 30 days of receiving it.

Step 4: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll process it within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you informed about the status of your return via email.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

For damaged or faulty products, contact our customer service team and send a picture of the complaint to support@james-apparel.com. We'll promptly work with you to find a solution.

Refund Duration:
